At Luvey Lingerie, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and dispatched as efficiently as possible.

Processing Times

* Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after payment has been confirmed.
* During promotional periods, holidays, or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

* We offer shipping throughout South Africa.
* Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
* Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery Responsibility

Luvey Lingerie carefully packages all orders before they are handed over to the selected courier service. Ownership and risk in the products pass to the customer once the order has been collected by the courier for delivery.

While we will do our best to assist customers in communicating with the courier regarding delivery issues, Luvey Lingerie shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, or damage to parcels that occur while the order is in transit or under the care of the courier company.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the parcel where required.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Luvey Lingerie is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply should a parcel need to be redirected or reshipped.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs incurred for redelivery.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
