Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

For hygiene and safety reasons, Luvey does not accept returns or exchanges on thongs, panties, or any underwear items, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please ensure that you carefully review your size selection before placing your order. If you have any questions regarding sizing, our team is happy to assist you prior to purchase.

By completing your purchase with Luvey, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

This policy does not affect your rights in the event that you receive a faulty or incorrect items.

RETURNS ELIGIBILITY

For hygiene, safety, and customer protection reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged.

### Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must:

- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, smoke, or odors
- Have all original tags attached
- Include original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

## NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

- Panties and thongs
- Opened bodysuits with removed hygiene seals
- Adult/intimate products
- Adhesive bras or nipple covers
- Customized or made-to-order items

Once these items leave our facility, they cannot be resold under hygiene regulations.

## EXCHANGES

We understand that sizing can vary between styles. If your item does not fit correctly, we offer exchanges on eligible products.

### Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges must be requested within 7-days of delivery
- Items must meet all return eligibility requirements
- Exchanges are subject to product availability

If your requested size or style is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

## DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly provide:
- A replacement,
- Store credit
- ⁠
Items damaged through normal wear, improper care, or misuse are not considered defective.


Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable

## STORE CREDIT

In some cases, returns may qualify for store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Store credit:
- Does not expire
- Can be used sitewide
- Is issued electronically via email
